Welcome to the exhibition web link for our proposed outline planning application for housing, a new play area and public open space on land to the West of Three Counties Way in Haverhill. As detailed on the following banners, the site currently forms part of Haverhill Research Park. However, due to a lack of viable interest from potential occupiers over the last 8 years, Jaynic have made the decision to seek planning permission for residential development on two of the land parcels.

Jaynic and their consultant team are presently preparing proposals for the development of up to 155 new homes, public open space, a children’s play area and landscaping. Vehicular access will be from two existing access points off Three Counties Way.

This is an opportunity to view the proposals, ask any questions, and give us your comments. After considering your feedback and completing various studies, the final plans will be submitted in May to West Suffolk Council.

The Site

The Site, which in total measures 5.54 hectares (13.69 acres), comprises the parcels of land known as Plot 300 and Plot 400.
